ABV: 5.7%. ✅ Cloudy dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, berry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are caramel, roast malt, chocolate, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours black with a frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, fruit, hops and a hint of liquorice. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium plus body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
