We are happy to introduce Cosmic Proportions, a collaboration with Modist Brewing. Cosmic Proportions is our first beer with Omega Yeast's Cosmic Punch yeast, a thiolized strain that features vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava notes through biotransformation.
Cosmic Proportions uses Nelson and Citra in the whirlpool, with a Nelson, Citra, and HBC 586 combination in the dry hop. A hazy yellow pour opens up with aromas of freeze-squeezed OJ, tropical fruit skittles, and lime wedges. Flavors of guava, passionfruit, assorted citrus, mango, green grape, and lime come together in a super pillowy texture with a pop of EQ juice and a balanced finish.

Draft at Maloney's, 1/12/26. Fully hazy yellowish color with a white head, strong lace. Grapefruit, lemon, lime. Rind-tart flavor profile. Lightly sweet, more tart than bitter. Solid overall.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of citrus and juice nice tropical taste with good note of fruit and hops nice crispy and fresh taste smooth and well balanced.

Pours a hazy, lemon-peach color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is bright, juicy citrus, with some tropical fruit. Flavors follow, along with some dustiness. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate to above level of hop bitterness in the finish.

A hazed yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at Haymaker.

Pours murky light gold into a tulip. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Lychee, melon and white smarties aromas. Soft with mango, passion fruit and lychee upfront turning to hot overripe melon and mild tangerine peel in the me medium length finish.
