Stout brewed with 10 different malts and fermented with the second generation of a blend of London fog and Burlington yeast. I then aged that on a shit load of freshly roasted Peruvian cacao nibs from Chocolate Tree in Edinburgh

17/10/2018. Keykeg at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, milky chocolate, hops and caramel. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Good but carbonation level spoils it a little for me.

Tap at six degrees north. Nose is super chocolatey, coffee, some citrus. Palate is chocolate, burnt toast, coffee. A bit weird with that tropical touch.

Keg at Six Degrees North. It pours dark brown - black with a sturdy yet small tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, charred, dark roast coffee, cocoa and tropical fruits. The taste is slick, oily, dry, bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, coffee cake, dark chocolate, tropical fruits amd Pina colada with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Tasty stuff.
