Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours clear dark copper brown, with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of smoke, malt and yeast, with touches of caramel. Bitter flavour of hops and roast, with pronounced smoky notes and touches of caramel malt and yeast. Smoky and estery afteraste. A nice one. Well-balanced, satiating, and tasty. Bottle 7.7%. Good, meaty smoked aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite malty-sweet with a creamy note and a good bacony smoke note. Dusty finish. Fairly low carbonation.

Brown color with medium medium white head. Aroma: assertive beech wood smoke, bacon, sweetness of honey and caramel. Taste: smoke, bacon, honeyish sweetness, light fruity esters, caramel, hoppy bitterness nicely accompanying malt. Medium body, moderate bitterness, moderate bitterness. Really good, balanced and clean.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish-brown colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Smoky and caramel malty aroma, notes of smoked ham, smoked eel, hints of wood ashes, very light nutty and chocolately as well as veggie-spicy (celery) overtones. Taste is slightly dry, smoky and sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally fruity, hints of caramel, smoked ham, smoked eel, a light nutty and chocolately touch, hints of red berries, cherry, even some honey. Oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite rich and manifold, well balanced, mild smokiness - very nice!

W szkle ciemny zamglony bursztyn, w aromacie jak dla mnie za mało wędzonki, przewaga nut melanoidowych, czuć lagerowy charakter, delikatna mineralność. W smaku zdecydowanie lepiej jest intensywna ogniskowa paloność, przypalona kiełba. Ciut za wytrawne.
