10/3/2025. Draft at BeerStreet, Krakow. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is limey, peach, unripe pear, straw. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, quite heavy sours. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Tangy sour astringent finish. Very dry tart finish. Enjoyed this.
