Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Mahogany colour, small head. Intensely caramelly nose with some dates and brandy. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Buterscotch and treacle, brandy and hay. Warming mid bitter finish.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some caramel, mild toasted tones with a bit of alcohol to it. Flavour is fruity, some dried fruits, alcohol sweetness with caramel and mild toasted tones as well. Intense, but nicely drinkable.

A dark coppery-red beer, a head is quite small and light beige. Aroma has caramel and lots of riped fruitness, apricot and banana, almost over riped, but not yet. Taste has caramel, fresher fruits than in the aroma, apricot, nicely balancing bitterness, it's also long lasting, so the amount of hops are not spared, and that's how it should be. Full bodied, not stickyness. Interesting beer. Feels borderline beer, lots of caramel, but hopping is succesfull and it's nicely balancing the sweetness.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma has caramel malt and mild resiny notes. Flavour has caramel, alcohol, some resiny hops, grapefruit. Finishes with some sour twist. Good, although I can still taste the sourness the tap beers usually here have.

Smell of sweet malt, faint caramel. Deep copper colour, beige head. Aroma of sweet malt, faint earth and cognac. Sweet. Soft carbon.
