As we are always keen to experiment, it was just a matter of time before we got our hands on one of the most fascinating ingredients on the market - Phantasm powder, made of dried Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, that unlocks strong tropical fruit aromas in beer. In our case it is a hazy IPA that we brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Lithuania - Nisha craft beer bars and shops.

(Draught at Billie's Bier Kafétaria, Antwerpen, 17 Oct 2024) Hazy golden colour with big, lasting, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, peaches, hay and green grapes. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, orange, peaches, mango and grapes. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Interesting and quite well balanced. Nice one.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of petroleum, grapes, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of grapes, exotic fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
