Tap @ Cirkus as Funk Hop Mosaic. Cloudy orange body with a thin white head. Aroma is mild citric fruit, peach and slightly funky. A bit discrete in aroma. Flavor is both sweet and acidic with soft, sweet malt, peach, lemon and some bitterness. Not much funk really and not particular complex. Medium body and average aftertaste. Refreshing and quite straight forward easy pale ale with a tart frutiness.

On tap at Flyttefest. As Funk Hop Mosaic. It's an unclear orange-golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Funky aroma of barnyard and lemon, with piney, citrusy hops and some malt notes. The flavor could use a bit more bitterness I think, but it has a nice acidity level and a good dash of orange. Pine cones, generic citrus and a pleasant funkyness too. It's full-bodied and dry on the palate, with a lasting fruity and lighlty funky finish. A very nice hoppy funky ale, delicious. 180818

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, soda powder, hay, flowers, harsh citrus peel, old lawn, bark, fruit salt, paper, grain. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh citrusy mouthfeel. Boring.
