Crisp acidity & persistent bubbles (open carefully) follow by a dry, apple-ly finish. Fermented in steel barrels with wild yeasts. Alc. 5.5% vol

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, flesh, pips. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, with some skin, funk and musty acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
