Sessionable pale ale balancing refined malt character with tropical and citrus hop notes.
Three hop varieties added during and after fermentation each bring their own unique flavours to the party.
Citra: mango and lime
Simcoe: pineapple and pine
Mandarina Bavaria: tangerine.
California ale yeast provides a neutral canvas that allows the hop flavours to really shine.

House pale ale on keg at the Fat Rascal restaurant. Pours a deep orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of mango, pineapple, lemon, pine & hops. Medium body. Light bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

Smell of tropical fruit. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of pineapple, hops, earth. Faint citrus also. Flat carbon. Mildly sweet, mildly bitter.
