Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some yeast, mild herbs, rubber and some toffee tones to it. Flavour is toffee, some rubber, mild earthy and wooden tones.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a grayish, opaque golden with a fizzy head that dissipates in no time. Yeasty nose with a hint of elderflower. Medium body, sweet malty/fruity but all impressions are drowned in a chemical pond of nasty phenols. Crude and deeply unpleasant - this for sure would spoil my Christmas. 240620

Bottle 500ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Hyldals Fallen Angel ].Gusher !!! Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity yeast, sugary, pale malt, sweet malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. Bottle 500ml in pbf xii. Murky orange colour, small off-white head. Fruity, Belgi yeastyness, but odd tart too. Light-bodied. Fizzy, overcarbonated, orange peels, Belgi yeast. Techinical problems.

50cl bottle @PBF XII.Murky golden color with a thick white head.Cheesy aroma, some floral notes. Sweet yeasty flavor, cheese here as well, as some floral notes.

Bottled at PBF XII. Mildly gushing. Hazy pale orange, coarse head. Aroma of elderflowers and lemonade. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Seriously overcarbonated. Winegums and elderflowers. No bitterness. Like a Fantôme. Only way less classy and more dirty.

Cloudy orange, fizzy white head. Yeasty aroma, elderflower notes, phenols too. Sweet, malty and yeasty flavour with light hints of elderflower.
