Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, fruity apples, pineapple notes, maybe some rhubarb. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, fruity, sweet apples, again maybe some rhubarb, celery notes. 500ml bottle from South Downs Cellars. Slightly hazy yellow colour, no head and mellow juicy apple aroma with some wood and funky notes. Taste is apple, fruity, some tartness, quickly swamped by oxidised flavours; straw, buttery, musty/ mousy, biscuit. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sour finish. Abit rough.
