The night is dark and full of Laevahukk...
We made this in collab with Maistila. Alcohol content is balanced out with the caramel malts and roasted barley, which reminds of the cocoa and coffe.
We used Bohemian Lager liquid yeast at slightly high temperature to bring out some more esthers to the beer.
Winter is coming back...Brace yourselves!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Smell of coffee, malt, some licorice. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of rye bread, malt, some chocolate in finish. Lively carbon.

Draught @ Mallaskellari. Rated on 24.05.2019. Aroma has sweet malty notes typical to east european porters. Molasses, licorice etc. Flavour is also faithful to that style with sweet malt, licorice, molasses and dried fruits. Too sweet.
