Bottle 500ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma is tart with a notes of funk, barnyard, citrus and red berries. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a long dry, tart, citrus and berries finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Red cherry, caramel malt, horseblanket, vinegar, and hay aroma. Reddish brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet red cherry, caramel malt, mildly sour Brett and vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Very nice.

Bottle from Best of Beers. Clear a,ber brown without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 101220

Bottle from Glasbanken. A bit hazy amber with a small white head. Tart aroma and taste of berries, oak, mild funk and some fruit. The body was medium. Quite nice.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Amber color. Vinous caramelly aroma. Hint of vinegar, Malty seeetish, soft vinous sour flavor. Lemon. Nice.

750ml bottle. Hazy, reddish brown colour with slightly late awakening, small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, off-white head, devising formidable lacings. Fruity, spicy, tangy and slightly vinous aroma, notes of black cherry, morello, a touch of plum, blackberry, blue grapes, black pepper, a touch of balsamico and dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, even liquorice, some oak. Taste is tart, spicy, fruity, slightly vinous, minimally dry woody, oaky, notes of morello and blue grapes, hints of clove, unripe bramble, a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, treacle without any sign of sweetness, liquorice. Quite complex, lacks a bit of body for better support of the enclosed subtleties. Good.

[ As VonSeitz Theoreticales A Moment In Time - Wine and Spirit BA ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, grapes, apples, wine, oak, spirit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, alcohol - spirit, tart fruit - wine, wood, wine, oak.
