Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Clear brown, small offwhite head. Sourish berry aroma, a little wood. Sourish, sweetish flavour, woody with berries, red wine in the finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, brett, dried fruits and malt. Nice and sour finish.

Carnivale Brettanomyces, 2017, van tap op de stoep van de @Bierkoning. bruin met kaki kraag. aroma en smaken zijn zoetig, fruit, caramel, donker fruit, rozijn, rood fruit, wat mout, licht zuur, medium body, gaat.

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of tart, red fruit, vanilla and oak. Taste has soft acidic red fruit, soft smoke, tart and a fruity finish. Quite good.

From bottle in front of De Bierkoning, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Dark brown color. Dense beige head. Aroma’s: funky, mint/after eight, light sweet. Retronasal it’s sourish, sweetish, light mint. Flavor is sour with light sweetness. Medium bodied. long finish, dry, tart.
