Tap at Cap Hop. Pours champagne gold with a slight white head. Aroma is mildly, mildly sour cucumber with some citrus. Med body. Flavor is dry, mildly sour cucumber with lime and some floral. Quite clean. Quite tasty. Bitter isn’t in it, but the lime and tartness somehow make a reasonable replacement.
