Schöner Tag, which translates to “beautiful day” in German, is our traditional unfiltered Bavarian-style hefeweizen. Crafted with an authentic German yeast strain, it yields distinct banana and clove flavors. This light and refreshing beer is perfect for “frühschoppen,” the delightful tradition of gathering with friends for food and beer before midday.

0,355l can from Drikbeer Advent Calendar, #3. Canned 02/04/25. Hazy dirty yellow beer with medium, but quickly totally vanishing head. Strong aroma is wheat, honey, yeast, banana, floral notes. Flavor is bit milder but with same elements. Crispy, but even bit watery and thin body.

Hazy honeyish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruity, bananaish and quite elderflowery tones. Flavour is elderflower, some bananas, clove, fruits and mild wheat to it. Refreshingly fruity elderflowery wheaty aftertaste. Nice Weiss with a twist. Crisp carbonation.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at Macleod Brewing. It's a cloudy light brown with finger-width head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is wheat, clove and mild bubblegum. Taste is wheat, bubblegum, clove, banana. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good representative of the style.

Draft pour enjoyed at Brewery X Brew Haven. Cloudy but bright golden pour. Cool Belgian like nose. Some floral and soft bubblegum. Cool and easy drinking hefe here, and I don't usually care much for the style, as they end up bland. Well executed balance here. Delicious brew here.

Pour is hefe cloudy with a huge white head that fizzes away quickly. Aroma is a nice clove and banana with a little sweet berry. Flavor is pretty spot on but a little thin. Banana and cloves with some yeasty esters. Decent attempt at a hefe, a little sweeter than the typical versions brewed in Germany.

Very nice hefeweizen, layered and mellow, offering up classic banana and clove notes backed up by vanilla, honey, and yeast. Finishes with a slight floral bitterness, white bread, and lingering clove. Tasty.

Can from BottleCraft on India Ave. Pours hazy gold with a fizzy/creamy white head. Aroma has moderate levels of clove and banana. Med body or so. Flavor has firm clove and there is banana. Some wheat too. Fairly dry. Not bitter - clove substitutes for that. Pretty tasty hefe.
