Tap at Cap Tap. Pours clear, brassy gold with a white head. Aroma suggests pineapple sour. Mild tho. Med body. Flavor matches the aroma, but there is some passion fruit and a hint of mango. Oh so slightly sour. Not quite totally dry, but heading there. Not bitter, just a little sour for replacement. It’s a pretty tasty drink.
