Tap at Ballast Point Little Italy venue. Pours translucent amber with a near beige head. Aroma is very ginger. Med + body. Flavor is heavily ginger, but the rye is also intense. Surprisingly dryish. Not so much hop bitter as ginger. Rye spice definitely in second place to ginger, but quite nice. Ginger and Rye freaks rejoice!
