Tap at Cap Hop. Pours slightly translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is some sort of green melon with tart non-tropical fruit notes. Med body or better. Flavor is juicy, ever-so-lightly tart fruit. Almost like a touch of coconut. The melon now seems not green and the fruit now seems tropical. Yeast hints. Not too dry; moderately bitter. It tastes very, very good. Definitely detectable light caramel in support.
