Bottle 500ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Staarup BynkeBryg (Hjerl Hede) ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, flowers, sagebrush - mugwort (bynke), herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sugary, flowers, herbal, sagebrush - mugwort (bynke). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180915] 5-3-5-3-10

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are heavy xmas spices, sage, basil and herbs, caramel, fruits and hops.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of flowers and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, flowers, and straw, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of argento. Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Very spicy herbal aroma – somewhat yeasty and phenolic too. Medium body, sweet fruitiness, lots of caramel, phenols and spice. Absolutely no hops. 251211
