Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up in Sofia. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a big fluffy white head that settles into a creamy topping. Nice rounded saison yeast character, a bit of melon, soft funk, tangerine and peach, supportive lightly doughy wheat bread, mellow bitter hay and orange rind. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Finishes with moderate sweetness, more forward yeast, wheat, citrus fruits. Solid offering.

Smell of sour apple, yeast. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of vegetables, straw, yeast, hops, sour fruit. Mostly bitter. Very dry palate. Lively carbon.
