Bottle at BBT 6/2023. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Solid oxidation here, lots of wet cardboard, also feels burnt. Unpleasant earthy bitterness, combines with moderate peppery spicy saisony character, to produce something that is really hard to drink, feels very stale. Brett character is completely lost. This has really suffered somewhere, as do we now.

Bottle at BBT. Malty spicy aroma. Malty spicy taste, stock, heavy oxidation, medium bitter. Medium body, malty bitter finish. Bad.

Bottle at BBT 6/2023. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, light hops, brett, oxidation. Taste is malt, oxidation, citrus hops, light sourness, no hops.
