Bottle bought in Viborg. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and dried fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with some alcohol. 191024

ABV: 10.0%. Cloudy medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, sweet yeast, belgian yeast, candy, dates, dried fruit, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, wheat, yeast, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, candy, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20200726]

Bottle from the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with touches of yeast and flowers and hints of caramel. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and caramel and bitter touches of hops. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with malty touches and fruity hints. Warming alcohol presence. Decent work, Ølluminati. Keep brewing!

Bottle, 10%. Distinct fat Belgian yeast aroma. Hazy amber colour. Unstable frothy white head. The flavour is nicely sweet to begin with. Fruity middle with a very spicy yeast. Nicely rough finish with a bubble sweetness, citric note, rough bitterness. Caramelly aftertaste. Does not taste 10 percent to me.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy golden, off-white head. Rich, jammy nose, Belgian yeast, lil greasy hops. Rich, sweet, fruity and sugary body. Esters getting a little much, as from too warm a fermentation. Boozy finish. 251219

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter very caramelic nice sweet flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
