Keg at the Lazy Bulldog, Athens, 09/02/19. Almost clear amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is caramel, biscuit, mellow hop presence, toasted grains, brown sugars. Taste comprises sweet malts, hint of pine, toffee, fruit esters, light spice, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough offering.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Noctua Chilling Season ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, seet malt, caramel, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180914] 5-3-5-3-11

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter very dry flavor. Average moderate bitter fininsh. Oily palate.

Bottle, 6%. Clear dark amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and a little dusty. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, little dark fruit, little bread, sweet and a little bitter.

On tap at Hoppy Pub, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, caramel malt and bread notes. Flavour is more malty, with bready caramel malt and light resins. Very malty and dry, with a good balance. Solid.
