Bottle 330ml. [ As Delphi D Triple Ale ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity yeast, belgium yeat, light phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180914] 6-3-7-3-13

Bottle, 6.5%. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is malty, yeast, fruit, hop and grass. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, hop, grass, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Cler yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 140918

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, hops and has a fruity finish.

33cl Bottle from greekbeershop.gr, enjoyed on Mykonos, as Delphi Triple Barrel Fermented. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of oak, Sorachi Ace, light barrel sourness, preserved lemons, sugar. Flavour of wood, oak, malts, some alcohol, light woody sourness, sweet lemon, more alcohol, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Tasty stuff, almost like a BA Saison.

330 ml bottle at home. Clear pale golden color with big white head. Malty, yeasty and light hoppy aroma, grainy, straw, light fruity, citrus and banana, some spicy notes. Sweet and heavy bitter taste. Light thin to oily body with soft to average carbonation.
