La Danger è il sontuoso omaggio alle birre prodotte dall’impero britannico per lo Zar di Russia. Intensa e strutturata, ha un profumo complesso e arricchito dalle fave di cacao, dal caffè e dalla vaniglia. Il corpo è pieno e vellutato, il colore nero profondo racchiude ed esalta le note aromatiche e non tradisce le aspettative. Colore: nero. Aroma: cacao, caffè, tostato e una nota di dolcezza. Corpo: pieno. Birra Stout ad altissima gradazione. Perfetta per le riflessioni nelle notti più lunghe.

Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato da caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore color marrone castagno ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, vaniglia, pane tostato e agrumi.

bottle from meny, valby. dark brown to black, brown head. aroma is nutty, roasted malty, wood, salty licorice, dryness. flavor is roasted malts, faint salty licorice, good espresso coffee, charred wood, smoked malts, the ending is a bit more charred and woody, never sweet, a really really good imp. stout. don't serve this chilled, it needs room to develop. many layers. Can't remember tasting a better italian imperial stout than this one.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black. Roasted dark malty. Bitter. Fruity. Toasted malty. Caramelish and slight sweet. Toasted finish.

Bottle at KØ19. Weak citric aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted and fruity. Caramelly. Spicy hop. 7 3 7 3 16 Bottle, 10.0% at Beershoppen. Fruity salt liquorice aroma. Black colour. Creamy mouthfeel. Roasted flavour with some bitterness from the alcohol. Creamy finish. 7 3 7 4 17
