Draught @ the brewpub. Poursvslightly hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with mild touches of hops. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with bitter hints of hops. Estery and malty aftertaste. Clean and well-balanced and decent for the style.

Draught, 7.2% at the brewpub. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely malty. Perhaps caramelly, but the darker type of caramel, not the light caramel of a typical Heller Bock (but this is Bernstein Bock, of course). Not especially bitter, but still well-balanced. Good mouthfeel.
