Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.

355 ml can from Systembolaget. Orange-amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma of grapefruit, resin, passion fruit, mango, stone fruits, some pine. Tastes similar, with some more biscuit. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter, medium dry, zesty, resinous, moderate piney, a bit sweet biscuity, with lingering tropical fruits. Tasty. A quaffable, straight, very fruity DIPA, with just enough biscuity malt body. A bit sweet, but also with a great hop-bite towards the finish. Lovely stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Draught @ Quinn's, Beacon NY. (27/10/18) Cloudy dull yellow with small foamy off white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter citrus peel taste with some throat burn from alcohol, thin body, long finish. Potent but quite enjoyable.

Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour. Lean and soft body, robust, moderately sweet, balanced bitterness, unfortunately spoiled by some diacetyl.
Not totally undrinkable, but I have a high tolerance.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, earthy notes and bready malt - doesn't seem the freshest or it's just more old school. Flavour is quite old school as well, with piney and earthy hops, and bready malt. Bit hop powdery. It's pretty good, but doesn't seem the most vibrant of IIPAs.
