Beim All In hat er eine ganze Menge wunderbare Malze mitgebracht. Die Entscheidung, welches davon zuerst verwendet wird, fiel ihm schwer und so kamen einfach alle zum Einsatz.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with slightly late awakening, small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Minimally sugary, dark malty aroma, hints of caramel and toffee, malt lozenge, some coffee, weak citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of candied lemon peel. Taste is roasty dark malty, slightly chocolately and minimally spicy, hints of coffee, dark toffee, malt lozenge, dark caramel, a touch of treacle, cola, citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of lemon, orange, candied orange peel.

Draught, half pint. Tasted on the 24/11/2018 at Union Brauerei, Bremen (Germany). Dark brown colour with a medium frothy tan head. Aroma is full of roasted malts, chocolate, molasses and some licorice. Taste is the same, with predominance of chocolate and licorice leading to a medium bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Next one please!

[ As Union Bremer Pilot Brew - All In ].Unclear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, wood, light molasses. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, molasses, brown sugar, dark malt, roasted, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Pours dark brown from the bottle. A tan head slowly fades. Aroma is a subtle mix of licorice, black bread, sassafras. Taste is sweet, bready, with hints of bug spray lingering over the finish. Body is thick, gloppity, smooth. Interesting.
