Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is wheat, some sea buckthorn, mild spices and some salty tones. Flavour is grains, wheat, some sea buckthorn, farmyard and some fruity hops to it. In a way a bit messy.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting, hazy slightly dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, weeds, fruit stones, hay, minerals, sour grass, unripe berries, flowers, fresh hops, pine needles, light malts, hints of brett. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, fruit stones, sour grass, bark, berry skin, minerals, paper, heather, unripe berries, hints of metal tank. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Kind of boring.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, sea buckthorn and some light grass. The same in the taste. The body was medium and the finish a bit tart. A bit thin.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Rousal Själö Weizen ].Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, buckthorn, tart, light funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, buckthorn, apple, weizen yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 010219. (Extra label says also "brewed with seawater). Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Salt, fruits, citrus, some banana, some wheat, berries and malts. Salg and seabuckthorn dominates.

Smell of sea buckthorn, some hops. Cloudy orange colour, beige head. Aroma of sea buckthorn, yeast, raw berries. Very sour. Viscous texture, medium carbon. Too sour for being balanced.

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 24.04.2019. Aroma is nice and fruity. Also spices. Flavour has fruits, spices, yeasty tones and mild minerals. Unusual weizen but good.
