Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy/translucent gold with a transient white head. Mildly sour aroma suggesting apple. Med body or about that. Flavor is slightly sour with some citrus and pale stone fruit. Seems lemon citrus as well as some others. With time it’s becoming mostly slightly sour citrus. Very palatable and rather juicy sour.
