Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2018. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, earthy, some toasted tones. Flavour is sour wood, some fruity, sprucelike and yeasty notes with a bunch of citrus.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, fruit stones, hay, minerals, sour grass, unripe berries, old lawn, old cellar, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.

[ As Eik & Tid Karfi ].Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, dough, celery, minerals, skinky, dusty yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, fruity, citric, yeast, light wood - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Cloudy pale golden, rich head. Lightly woody nose with lemon. Tart light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Mild citric acid, oak and grass. Low bitterness. Relaxed and pleasant.
