[ As Hiisi / Donut Island Frisco Disco DDH ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, caramel, sweet malt, light bread, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cookie, sweet malt, caramel, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Hazy pale orange, small head. Fruity nose with hints of grass. Very sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Honey and raw sugar dominates. Resinous mid bitter finish.

(Keg at Tommyknocker Helsinki, 20171103) The beer poured amber and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tangerine, grapefruit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A very nice hoppy brew with long-lasting finish.

Draught @Olutexpo 2017. Poured golden in color with a thin white head, light haze. Sweet tropical fruity nose, pineapples, canned fruits. Flavor has citrusy hops, pineapples and mango notes. Some bitterness in finish. Juicy and hop forward. Nice.
