Capped 750 from the taproom. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly fruity/funky/woody. Med body or better. Flavor starts Brett for me - moves on to funk/wood with mixed fruits. I can imagine cherry in the mix. It's very dry. It's more Brett/funk/wood than bitter for sure. It is absolutely delicious. Fortunately it is not at all mouth wrenching. Different style of course, but I'd put the flavor into the Orval category. Not to compare exactly as to quality, but IMHO this is pretty good quality ale.
