Tap at the Cascade Barrel House. Pours brightly orange/copper with a white head. Aroma is orange/honey - kind of tickles. Med body or nearly. Flavor is hard to describe. There’s honey. There’s orange. Arguably it is sour. Maybe sweet/tart would be a better descriptor. Honey never leaves. Somehow it gets a touch of bitter - unless that’s from the arugula I’ve been toying with. It is very pleasing in a very different way.
