Can. Pours clear golden, medium creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, mango, grass. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Not screaming Simcoe to me

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Earth and pine aroma. Pine and earth flavor with citrus and light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Pine and earth linger with light grapefruit and light caramel.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus with a light touch of evergreen. Med body or a bit more. Flavor is citrus/pine - a bit light on the pine, and there’s some pale stone fruit coming forth. Very mild light malt support. It verges on dank. Not wholly dry. Not strongly bitter. Good stuff tho.
