On tap at the brewery. Aroma is grain forward with light cracker notes and a bit more toasted bread and biscuit. Faint esters and no phenolics. Pours a very clear, amber gold color with a small, thick, white head that recedes somewhat quickly to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Flavor has a light sweetness and very grain forward. Light cracker malt notes with biscuit, toasted bread and honey. Hints of floral esters. Low bitterness and no hop notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer for the style. Lots of nice malt notes and a clean fermentation profile.

Tap at the brewpub. Served with a lime wedge. With wedge removed: Amber pour with a white head. Malty aroma. Med body. Flavor is bready, slightly slightly toasty/roasty malty. An amber/Vienna it is, but it is clean and does not have that nauseous chocolate aspect many have for me. This really is a very good drink - this from the guy not fond of Viennas.
