Tap at Cap Hop. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Mandarin in the aroma; other citrus; not sure about melon. Med + body - foamy carbonation helping there. Flavor is melon, some mandarin and an interesting earthiness. Pretty hoppy for a saison. Rather juicily undry. Pleasingly bitter. Good stuff - not so much because it’s a saison, but because it’s so hoppy!
