Bottle from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is bourbon/chocolate. Approaching full bodied. Flavor begins strong chocolate, followed by bourbon/vanilla, and then there's a big wave of coconut. Not dry, and not exactly bitter, but wood astringency counteracts the malt, as does some whiskey. Very tasty stuff. Bourbon/chocolate on into the finish.
