Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of raspberries and dark malt. Med + body. Flavor is raspberries, dark malt and Brett is along for the ride. It’s reasonably towards dry, raspberry provides bitter, and Brett submerses a bit, yet remains in the flavor. Very nice.
