Tap at Cap Tap. Pours very dark brown with a dark tan head. Aroma seems a bit sourish - very light with whisky notes. Flavor seems a bit sourish - very light - with chocolate, treacle and bourbon. Not very dry, not very bitter, but there’s enough heat to excuse the malt. Overall it’s pretty nice - even tho no single individual taste dominates. Guess it’s well integrated. Starting to think sour should be slightly musty wood. No regrets.
