Poured at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2018. Poured a dark brown color with a small light tan head. Aroma was dark fruits, dark chocolate notes. Some vanilla notes. Slight herbal notes, with some dark fruits. Bourbon finish.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of dark malt with hints of bourbon. Med + body. Flavor is dark malt, bourbon and some fruit that seems not all that dark. Think banana for sure. Maybe even clove. Wood comes along eventually. The bourbon isn’t super strong, but it’s very high quality IMHO. Really very nice.
