Tap at Cap Tap. Pours darkish ambery gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is chilled ripe stone fruit. More peach than apricot. Med + body. Flavor is juicy like the pulp is strained out - it’s dry, suggesting astringent - it’s bitter - and the hop? I’m having troubles. Not citrus or pine for me. It’s like mixed fruits with nothing standing out of the complexity. It’s smooth and soothing. Flavors are firm, but not intense. Maybe something greenish lurking in the background. Oh, and it’s definitely earthy. In a way. Then it seems there might be rye. Might be. Really nice to drink.
