Can from the brewpub. Pours ruddy copper with a beige head. Pine/resin/malt aroma. Near full bodied. Flavor has a lot of pine and a good deal of malt; arguably a little earthy. Hop wins. It's not entirely dry, and it's nicely bitter. If this is balance, it's pretty good, but I prefer unbalanced for fun. Drinks easy, and it's nice to get something mostly pine for the taste sensation. Recommended.
