Draught@Sori Taptoom, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour, not that much head. Aroma is earth, grass, some floral notes. Flavour is grassy, herbal, earthy with some mild lemongrass in the finish.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, some fruitness of citrus and spicyness. Taste has wheat, some fruitnesss, also bitterness. Medium bodied. I didn't follow the purpose of this beer.

Draught @ Sori Taproom, Vuorikatu 16, Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Sonnisaari Eisenhoden ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, wheat, sweet yeast, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180704] 5-3-6-3-11

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of yeast, some banana, citrus. Cloudy lemon colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, maybe some grassy notes. Generic weizen trending towards sour. Sweet, lightly sour.

Keg at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Hazy pale golden, small head. Aroma of overripe banana and boiled vegetables. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with plenty of banana and phenols. Low bitterness. Sharp.

Tap at SOPP. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Fruity banana, wheaty aroma. Light-bodied. Banana, clove, some citrus in the flavour. Sweetish finish but same time kind of crisp.

Draught @ sopp 2017. Poured light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has banana, wheat, spicy notes. Banana, spicy notes, some wheat in flavor m crisp and very drinkable hefeweizen.

Draught @ SOPP 2017. Pours hazy yellowish with a small head. Aroma of wheaty yeastiness, hints of banana, fruits, earthiness and spices. Taste is clean, fruity and slightly citrusy with some wheaty yeastiness, banana and spices. Finish is smooth and slightly fruity with some citrus and fruits. Clean and fruity weizen.

(Keg at One Pint Pub, 20170715) The beer poured golden and nearly cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and mildly banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, banana, clove, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A nice spicy hefeweizen. Bit thin.
