A hazy pink beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of cherries, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is acidic with notes of cherries, brettanomyces, straw, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy reddish color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart cherry finish.

Draught at KØ15. Faint fruit aroma. Muddy deep red colour, red beet juice? Good citric flavour, a little fat cherry, but nice. Dry and surprisingly clean.

[4/29/15] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Nice cloudy red. Sourish aroma of cherries, some pickled vegetables, and a spicy note. Sour flavor with cherry, a bit of vinegar, yogurt, a bit of pickled vegetables, and some spiciness. Medium-bodied.

From tap. Pours hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma is mild citric. Tart, citric and cherry fruity. Citric fruity and lingering cherry.
