Bottle, 6.5%. Caramelly aroma, perhaps a little toffee. Almost clear amber colour. Nice stable creamy tan head. The flavour is sweetish and caramelly with a rather rough bitterness. OK alcohol level. I was expecting more of an aroma-hopped bock than an extra bitter one.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy copper brown with creamy, stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and caramel and touches of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, complemented by rather pronounced dry, bitter, hoppy notes. Dry and bitter finish, with hints of yeast and alcohol. A little watery. Okay, quite interesting, but definitely not top-notch.
