Bottle from Karcma Zadyma in Szaflary (Podhale Region in Malopolska) Almost like kristallweizen. Zupelnie prawie bez metnosci i osadu miewielka piana jak na hefeweizena, Pachnie lekko bananowo, w smaku czuc te banany, malo gozdzika, bananow mnostwo to tego kwaskowe, bardzo kwaskowy pszeniczniak, szczypie ta kwasnosc w jezyk, ale plus za wyrazny smak, minus ogromny za wyglad.

Barwa bursztynowa, dość klarowne. Piana gęsta, szybko opada. W aromacie przyprawy, goździk, dojrzały banan. W smaku wyraźne banany, po tym gozdziki, które zaczynaja dominować. Dobre, spodziewałem się gorszego.

On tap at restaurant Zadyma in Niedzica. A cloudy golden-yellow beer with low head. Smell is on fruit and wheat. Finish is light watery.

Bottle, 4.5-5.0%. Spicy aroma, hint of banana, plastic, and sewer. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is dry at first, with an unpleasant bitterness. Not much banana, but some plasticky phenols. Not horrible, but not too good either.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast, grain and banana. Sourish, grainy flavour, with rough, estery notes and hints of banana. Sourish aftertaste. Tastes off despite proper storage and tasting before BBD. Poor.
