750ml (thx, to an unidentified trading partner of mine!) shared with Phill and Faress @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: nice raspberries with some rustic saison notes. Taste: along the same lines, very tart. Overall: nice raspberries here, but it's too tart for me.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Slightly hazed dark ruby red with minimal white head. Loads of raspberry, a bit tart with acidity, enjoyable nonetheless. Raspberry bomb.

A dark purple burgundy saison with a thin lacing pinkish head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, raspberries, light horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart raspberry jam, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.
